Low Carbon Building Programme Announcement Too Little Too Late - Lamb

Responding to Malcolm Wicks' announcement of £30 million funding for the Low Carbon Building Programme, Liberal Democrat Shadow Trade and Industry Secretary Norman Lamb MP said: "This is too little, too late. This sum is a pittance and will not transform the energy landscape.

"The Government should look at the regulatory regime to make sure nothing can block the development of microgeneration."
