Post Office Price Changes will Leave Many Confused - Davey12.12.00pm BST (GMT +0100) Mon 21st Aug 2006
Commenting on changes to the cost of posting letters and packets coming into force today, Liberal Democrat Shadow Trade and Industry Secretary, Edward Davey MP said: "There's a huge danger the new price system will confuse people and could cost them more. "With many sub-post offices seemingly unready for the change, this is a recipe for longer queues and more frustration. "Many people returning from holiday will have missed Royal Mail's so called 'information campaign' and will be left scratching their heads.
